| 目的 观察益气舒心丸对冠心病PCI术后患者左心室舒张功能的影响并探讨相关机制。方法 将符合诊断标准的101例冠心病患者随机分为两组。对照组49例予西医常规治疗,不加用任何具有益气或活血作用的中药或中成药；治疗组52例在西医治疗基础上,加上益气舒心丸,治疗6个月。测定治疗前后气虚证、血瘀证积分和一氧化氮(NO)、hs-CRP、内皮素-1(ET-1)等指标的变化。同时,治疗前后行彩色多谱勒超声心动图测定左心室舒张功能等指标变化。结果 治疗组的气虚证、血瘀证积分较治疗前明显降低,优于对照组(p<0.05),治疗组的ET-1、hs-CRP较治疗前明显降低,NO较治疗前升高,均优于对照组(p<0.05),治疗组的超声心动图测定左心室舒张功能等指标较对照组改善明显,差异有显著统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 益气舒心丸可改善冠心病PCI术后患者气虚血瘀状态,改善血管内皮功能,增加舒张期心肌顺应性,从而改善左心室舒张功能。 |

| Objective Effect and mechanism of Yiqishuxin pill on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI. Method 101 cases of ACS were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the diagnostic criteria. Control group (49 cases) received routine treatment of Western medicine, without using any with Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation effect of traditional Chinese medicine or Chinese medicine. The treatment group 52 cases in western medicine treatment on the basis of, plus Yiqishuxin pill, 6 months for a course of treatment. Determination of before and after the treatment of qi deficiency, blood stasis syndrome integral and nitric oxide (no), hs CRP, changes of endothelin-1 (ET-1) and other indicators. At the same time, Before and after treatment by color Doppler echocardiography and other indicators of changes in left ventricular diastolic function.Result The treatment group of qi deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome than before treatment significantly decreased, better than the control group (p<0.05), the treatment group of ET-1, hs-CRP significantly lower than before treatment, Nitric oxide (NO) than before treatment increased than the control group (p <0.05), The treatment group echocardiographic left ventricular diastolic function were improved significantly compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion Yiqishuxin pill can improve coronary heart disease patients after PCI Qi and blood stasis state, improve endothelial function, increased diastolic myocardial compliance, thereby improving left ventricular diastolic function. |
