| 随着中医药的运用越来越广泛，其毒副作用也逐渐引起了人们的注目，特别是肾毒性尤为引人关注。肾为先天之本，是人体最为重要的脏腑之一。本文选取了6味肾病科常用中药：益母草、雷公藤、泽泻、细辛、补骨脂、大黄，介绍其作用、常规用量与产生肾毒性的机制，并阐述了避免发生中药肾毒性的方法。 |

| With the use of traditional Chinese medicine is more and more widely, its side effects are also gradually aroused people"s attention, especially the renal toxicity is particularly noteworthy. The kidney is the foundation of the birth, is one of the most important viscera of the human body. This paper has chosen six flavour kidney disease commonly used traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) : motherwort, tripterygium wilfordii, alisma, asarum, malaytea scurfpea fruit, rhubarb, introduces its function, regular consumption and renal toxicity mechanism, and expounds the methods of avoiding renal toxicity of Chinese traditional medicine. |
