| 目的：观察中西医结合治疗小儿喘息型支气管炎的临床疗效及血清IGE变化情况。方法：随机抽取2014年1月至2015年12月我院60例小儿喘息型支气管炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为A组和B组各30例,A组采取传统西医治疗,B组在A组的基础上,予以定喘汤治疗,观察临床疗效及血清IGE变化情况。结果：B组总有效率为93.3%,明显高于A组的83.3%(P＜0.05)；B组的复发率为6.7%,明显低于A组的20.0%(P＜0.05)；两组患儿治疗后血清IGE均明显改善,与治疗前比较差异显著(P＜0.05),B组IGE水平下降更为明显,改善情况优于A组(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗小儿喘息型支气管炎疗效显著,可有效改善血清IGE水平,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and serum IGE changes Integrative treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods: 60 cases of children with asthmatic bronchitis patients from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were randomly selected, according to table method divided into group A and group B with 30 cases in each group, the group A treated with traditional western medicine,the group B on the base of group A treated with Stable breathing soup,the the clinical efficacy and serum IGE changes were observed. Result: The total effective rate of the group B was 93.3%, significantly higher than the group A 83.3%; the recurrence rate of group B was 6.7%, significantly lower than the group A 20.0% (P<0.05); After treatment,the serum IGE of two groups of children were significantly improved ,the difference was significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05), the serum IGE of group B declined more obvious,the improve situation was significantly better than group A (P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrative medicine in treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis has significant effect,can improve the level of serum IGE effectively ,has worthy of promotion. |
