| 目的：观察火针治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法：随机将60例扁平疣患者分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，对照组予重组干扰素α-2b凝胶局部外擦，2次／天，一周为一个疗程，一共四个疗程；治疗组用火针治疗一次，为一疗程，一疗程后视具体情况，决定是否进行第二疗程，依次类推，共四个疗程。分别观察两组患者的疗效情况。结果：效率为96.66％的治疗组高于80.00％的对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05) 。结论：火针治疗扁平疣疗效较好，临床操作简单，较快愈合，可广泛地运用于临床中。 |

| Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of fire needle treatment of verruca plana.
