| 目的:探讨检验科微生物在医院感染中存在的隐患,并结合实际情况提出解决对策。方法：对我院2012年4月-2015年10月医院感染情况进行分析,统计我院各科室医务人员及患者感染的发生情况,分析感染的发生原因,并对此提出解决对策。结果：检验科微生物医院感染的发生人数为35人,呼吸科医院感染的发生人数为15人,消化科医院感染发热发生人数为13人,其他科室5人,检验科微生物感染的发生率比其他科室高；检验发现主要病原菌为葡萄球菌属、幽门螺杆菌、肺炎链球菌、阴沟肠杆菌、流感嗜血杆菌等属检验科常见微生物。结合医院实际情况分析发现安全管理制度落实不彻底、医用垃圾处理不当、操作仪器和工作环境污染等是检验科微生物医院感染的主要隐患。结论：检验科是医院微生物感染高发科室,存在诸多隐患,因此在日常管理中应加强微生物安全管理制度的落实、加强微生物安全防护工作、加强对医用垃圾及标本的处理、注意室内消毒及手消毒等,可有效降低检验科微生物在医院感染中的发生。 |

| 【】Objective: To investigate the clinical laboratory in the presence of microbes in hospital infection risks, and propose countermeasures with the actual situation. Methods: The hospital from April 2012 to October 2015 were analyzed hospital infection, hospital statistics of the department medical staff and patient infection and to analyze the causes of infection, and put forward countermeasures. Results: The number of hospital infection occurred microbial laboratory for 35 people, the number of hospital infections occurred Respiratory 15 people , gastroenterology hospital infection fever occur as the number of 13 people (10.8 percent), other departments 5 , laboratory microbial infection rate than other departments; inspection found that the main pathogen Staphylococcus, Helicobacter pylori, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Enterobacter cloacae, Haemophilus influenzae, and other common genera of microorganisms Laboratory . Hospital actual situation analysis found that the safety management system implementation is not complete, improper medical waste, operate equipment and work environment pollution is a laboratory of microbial infection in hospital major risks. Conclusion: The laboratory is hospital microbial infections high incidence of departments, there are many hidden dangers, and therefore in the daily management should strengthen the implementation of microbiological safety management system, strengthen the microbiological safety protection work,to strengthen the medical garbage and specimen handling,attention to indoor disinfection and hand disinfection, can effectively reduce laboratory microorganisms hospital infection occur. |
