| 目的：观察比较托吡酯与卡马西平治疗老年癫痫的临床效果。方法：将2014年2月~2015年2月我院纳入的80例老年癫痫患者分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予卡马西平口服治疗,观察组则采用托吡酯口服治疗。比较两组疗效,统计用药结束后3月、6月时癫痫发作次数。结果：观察组治疗总有效率95.0%,较对照组明显更高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；用药结束后3月、6月观察组患者的癫痫发作次数更少 (P＜0.05)。结论：在老年癫痫患者临床用药中,托吡酯疗效确切,可有效控制患者癫痫发作次数,值得推广应用。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of topiramate in treatment of senile epilepsy and C Masi Bing. Methods: 80 cases of elderly patients with epilepsy from February 2014 to February 2015 were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group received carbamazepine treatment, observation group received topiramate treatment. The treatment effects and the number of seizures after the end of treatment 3、6 months of the two groups were observed.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, significantly higher than the control group, there was statistical significance(P<0.05); the number of epileptic seizures in the observation group was less than that in control group after 3、6 months (P<0.05). Conclusion: In elderly patients with epilepsy clinical medication, the efficacy of topiramate exact, can effectively control the number of epileptic attack, worthy of popularization and application. |
