| [目的]观察我院自制药“气阴养骨片”治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。[方法] 将我院2010年1月～2014年12月诊断为骨质疏松症的80例患者纳入研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组给予阿仑膦酸钠和钙剂等基础治疗,而实验组同时口服“气阴养骨片”。24周后,比较两组临床症状改善情况(VAS评分)及腰椎骨密度(BMD)变化和总有效率的差异。 [结果] 实验组治疗后VAS评分为(1.498±1.001),而对照组为(3.845±1.403),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.021),治疗前后两组内比较差异亦较显著(P<0.05)；实验组显效31例(77.5%),无效仅3例(7.5%),对照组显效25例(62.5%),无效4例(10.0%),二者比较,实验组明显优于对照组(P=0.031)；腰椎骨密度改善情况,实验组(0.669±0.441)比对照组(0.782±0.396)更能体现出优势(P=2.021)。 [结论] 气阴养骨片能显著改善骨质疏松患者疼痛症状,促进骨形成,改善骨质量,提高骨强度,发挥抗骨质疏松作用。 |

| [Objective] To observe the effect of Qi Ying Yanggu tablets in the treatment of osteoporosis [Methods] 80 cases of osteoporosis patients were enrolled in the study, All the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group, the two group were treated with Qi Ying Yanggu tablets or alendronate sodium,All the patients were treatmented for 24 weeks.Clinlcal symptoms and left femoral neck BMD or the total efficiency of two groups were observed at the same time,. [Results] After the test, The VAS score before and after treatment in two groups had statistically significant difference between two groups, the experimental group was better than the control group; the total efficiency of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group; the two group of femoral neck BMD before and after treatment group has statistical difference compared, the advantage is more prominent in experimental group (P< 0.05). [Conclusion] Qi Ying Yanggu tablets can promote bone formation, improve the quality of bone, increasing bone strength, anti-osteoporosis effect play. |
