| 目的：观察乳腺癌新辅助时辰化疗疗效、副作用发生率情况。方法：对53例乳腺癌患者随机分到实验组（丑时新辅助化疗）、对照组（日常化疗组），比较两组疗效及副作用发生率。结果：两组总有效率(CR PR)上差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05），对照组中乳房原发肿瘤疗效、腋窝转移淋巴结缓解程度不一致（P＜0.05）。两组在减少白细胞减少上发生率相当(P＞0.05)、时辰化疗组恶心呕吐发生率较低（P＜0.05）。结论：本研究提示夜间丑时行TEC化疗在治疗乳腺癌中较常规化疗能显著提高疗效，并且毒副反应小，安全可靠。 |

| Objective: 0bserving on meridian lingers chemotherapy for breast cancer， to study the change of chemotherapy curative effect.Method:53 patients were randomly assignead to normal chemotherapy,and meridian lingers chemotherapy,to assess the equivalentity of chemotherapy curative effect on both of them.Results: Compring the RR(CR PR) of meridian lingers chemotherapy on the primary tumor and axillary lymph nodes with the normal chemotherapy ，there is statistical significance（P＜0.05）. In addition，Primary Tumors incline to much more sensitive to the chemotherapy than transfer of axillary lymph nodes（P＜0.05）in the control group. A statistically significant appears on the nausea and vomiting in between two sets （P＜0.05）,while the leucocytes decreasing is negative（P＞0.05）.Conclusions: This study suggests that both of the breast cancer tumor and axillary lymph node are smaller and down-staging than before the neoadjuvant chemotherapy，and the meridian lingers chemotherapy has more advantage than the normal chemotherapy with a significantly improving the curative effects and little side effects. |
