| 目的：观察长脉冲1064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗婴幼儿皮肤血管瘤的临床疗效。方法：随机抽取我院2013年12月至2014年11月收治的60例皮肤血管瘤患儿作为研究对象，均采用长脉冲1064nm Nd:YAG激光对60例患儿实施治疗，观察60患儿的临床治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果：60例患儿的临床治疗总有效率为96.7%，其中鲜红斑痣、草莓状血管瘤、混合性血管瘤患儿的临床治疗总有效率分别为92.3%、100.0%和93.3%，三者比较无明显差异（P>0.05）60例患儿的不良反应发生率为5.0%。结论：采用长脉冲1064nm Nd:YAG激光对皮肤血管瘤患儿实施治疗，不良反应少，疗效确切。 |

| Objective: To explore the long-pulsed 1064nm Nd: clinical efficacy of infant hemangioma of the YAG laser treatment. Methods: 60 case of children with skin hemangioma from December 2013 to November 2014 were selected as the research object, 60 cases of children was treated with long-pulsed 1064nm Nd: YAG laser，the clinical effect and Adverse reactions were Observed . Results: 60 cases of children with clinical total effective rate was 96.7%, the port wine stains with clinical total effective rate was 92.3%, the hemangiomas with clinical total effective rate was 100.0%, the mixed hemangiomas of clinical total effective rate was 93.3%,to compared the three found no significant difference (P> 0.05)， 60 cases of children the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.0%. Conclusion: The long-pulsed 1064nm Nd: YAG laser on the skin hemangioma implementation of treatment, adverse reactions, and effective. |
