| 目的：探讨多项中医适宜技术综合运用对显微镜下精索静脉结扎术不育症患者的疗效影响。方法：68例患者随机分组,对照组及干预组各34例,对照组采取基础治疗,干预组采用基础治疗加耳穴压豆、雷火灸、中药熏洗三项中医适宜技术治疗,最后比较两组患者治疗后疼痛症状缓解程度、精液参数的变化。结果：干预组睾丸疼痛评分为0.85±0.44 。与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。干预组患者精子密度、(A+B)级活动力精子及存活率分别为42.27±3.68,51.30±3.76,65.37±4.28。与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),干预组总体临床疗效优于对照组。结论：对显微镜下精索静脉曲张结扎术后患者,多项中医适宜技术综合运用是非常必要的,可有助于改善睾丸疼痛症状,提高精索静脉曲张患者术后精液质量,对优生优育具有重要的意义,值得推广。 |

Absract Objective: To investigate the Efficacy of combined use of a number of appropriate techniques in the treatment of infertility patients with micro vein ligation. Methods: 68 patients of varicocele accompanied with infertility of asthenospermia and oligospermia were randomly divided into control group (34 cases) and intervention group (34 cases).The control group adopted the treatment based and the intervention group adopted basic treatment plus auricular point pressing bean, thunder fire moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing. Finally, compared two groups of patients after symptomatic relief of pain degree and semen parameters change. Results: the pain score of the intervention group was 0.85±0.44. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The sperm density, (A B) level of activity and the survival rate of the patients in the intervention group were 42.27±3.68,51.30±3.76,65.37±4.28. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The clinical effect of the intervention group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Under the microscope after ligation of varicocele patients, combined use of TCM appropriate techniques can help to relieve the testicular pain symptoms, improve the quality of semen in varicocele patients, the eugenics has important significance, is worthy to be popularized.
