| ［］目的：探讨外侧小切口和“L”型切口取跟骨骨折术后钢板内固定的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2014年1月至2016年1月分别采取外侧小切口与“L”型切口治疗的48例跟骨骨折术后行钢板内固定取出的患者,其中,小切口组(A组)24例(24足),“L”型切口组( B组)24例(24足),观察两组术后切口愈合情况、愈合时间及切口并发症发生情况,进行对比分析。结果：小切口组(A组)甲级愈合率95.83％,切口愈合时间为(12.87±1.596)ｄ,未出现切口并发症；“L”型切口组(B组)甲级愈合率为84.33%,切口愈合时间为(16.45±2.963)ｄ,切口并发症发生率为8.33%,小切口组(A组)切口甲级愈合率、愈合时间及并发症发生率,均显著优于“L”型切口组(B组),差异具有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论：外侧小切口在跟骨骨折术后钢板内固定物取出中效果显著,创伤小、切口愈合快,术后切口并发症少。 |

| Abstract objective: to explore the clinical efficacy of lateral small incision and “L” shaped incision to remove platefixation of postoperative calcaneal fracture.
Methods: From January 2014 to January 2016, a retrospective analysis of 48 cases of postoperative calcaneal fracture removed plate fixation with lateral small incision and “L” shaped incision was
performed,in it，the small incision group (group A), 24 cases (24 feet), and “L” shaped incision group (B group) 24 cases (24 feet),the postoperative incision healing condition,time between the two groups were compared and analyzed . Results: the first incision healing rate in group A were９5.83％, healing time was（12.87±1.596）day,no complication on incision；the first incision healing rate in group B were 84.33%, healing time was（16.45±2.963）day, complication on incision was8.33%,the first incision healing rate，healing time，complication on incision in group A were significantly better than those in group B (P<0.05).
Conclusion: lateral small incision has significant effect on removing plate fixation of postoperative calcaneal fracture, less trauma ,faster wound healing, the complication incidence of incision is lower. |
