| 结直肠癌的发病率因地而异,大体与经济发展呈正相关。在我国,其发病率在所有恶性肿瘤中已上升至第二位。其治疗以手术切除为主,辅以放射治疗、化学治疗和分子靶向治疗等。但近些年来,不断有研究证实化疗联合中医中药在延长患者生存期和改善患者生活质量方面有突出的疗效。本文旨在对近几年晚期结直肠癌中西医结合治疗研究进展做出如下综述。 |
