| 目的：建立蜂胶的质量控制方法。方法：对蜂胶的性状、干燥失重、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、氧化时间、乙醇浸出物含量、有毒有害物质等进行检查，采用薄层鉴别对蜂胶进行特征性鉴别，并对蜂胶中总黄酮的含量测定方法进行方法学研究。结果：确定了蜂胶各项指标的标准限量；建立了蜂胶总黄酮含量测定的方法，并测定了15批蜂胶中总黄酮的含量，确定了含量范围。结论：该方法简便、可靠，可用于蜂胶的质量控制。 |

| Objective: To establish the quality control method for propolis. Methods: Checked the characters, loss on drying, total ash, acid insoluble ash, oxidation time, ethanol extract content determination, toxic and harmful substances of the propolis, used TLC to identify the characteristics of propolis, and studied the content determination method of total flavonoids in propolis. Results: The standard limit of each index of propolis was determined. The content determination method of total flavonoids in propolis was established, and by the determination of the content of total flavonoids in the 15 batches of propolis, the range of content was determined. Conclusion: the method is simple, reliable and can be used for the quality control of propolis. |
