| 目的:了解健康教育对神经性皮炎患者依从性和生活质量的影响。方法:以皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)量表为调查内容,将神经性皮炎患者按就诊顺序分为干预组和对照组,各70例,两组均给予枸橼酸地氯雷他定片,口服,8.8mg,每晚一次；复方氟米松软膏,外用,早晚各一次；复方吲哚美辛酊,外用,瘙痒时使用；每两周电话随访两组患者,四周后复诊,治疗前后均填写DLQI量表；干预组在初诊和随访中给予健康教育。结果:共有114例患者复诊,其中干预组65例,复诊率92.86%,对照组49例,复诊率70.00%,干预组复诊率高于对照组(P<0.01)。所有神经性皮炎患者的DLQI总平均分为9.193±3.606；治疗前干预组和对照组的DLQI得分分别为9.369±3.655和8.959±3.565 ,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后干预组和对照组的DLQI得分分别为1.677±1.769和2.388±1.902,干预组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经性皮炎中等度的影响了患者的生活质量,联合健康教育能更好的提升患者的依从性和提高患者的生活质量。 |

| Objeetive:To investigate the effect of healthy education on the compliance and the life quality of patients with neurodermatitis. Methods:One hundred and forty patients with neurodermatitis were assessed with dermatology life quality index(DLQI).The patients were ordinally divided into experiment group and control group. All patients were treated with oral desloratadine citrate disodium 8.8mg tablets(one time/day) ,with topical Compound Flumetasone Ointment(twice times/d) and Compound Indomed Tincture(applied on itch). All patients were followed up by telephone(one time/14d) and they were requested to return visit after four weeks.Additionally, the treatment of experiment group were increased by healthy education on preliminary visit and follow-up visit. Results:One hunderd and fourteen of one hunderd forty patients were returned visit, among them experiment group sixty five(92.86%), control group forty nine(70.00%).The return raty of experiment group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.01). The total mean DLQI score of patients with neurodermatitis was 9.19±3.61. The life quality scores of the experiment group and control group before treatment were 9.37±3.66 and 8.96±3.57 respectively, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The life quality scores of the experiment group and control group after treatment were 1.68±1.77 and 2.39±1.90 respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions:Neurodermatits moderately affected the life quality of patients. Combined with health education is better method to promote compliance and life quality of patients. |
