胆汁酸盐输出泵(bile salt export pump,BSEP) 位于肝细胞胆小管侧膜,是ATP结合盒超家族 (ATP binding cassette, ABC)中的一员,主要作用是将肝细胞内的胆汁酸盐转运至毛细胆管,其转录合成受到法尼醇X受体(farnesoid X receptor,FXR)的调节。目前研究证实,BSEP表达异常可诱发包括遗传性肝病或获得性肝病在内的多种胆汁淤积性疾病。本文将对FXR和BSEP的生物学功能、FXR-BSEP转录调节、BSEP功能异常与胆汁淤积性疾病之间的关系进行综述。 |

Located on lateral membrane of bile ductless, bile salt export pump (BSEP) is a part of ATP binding cassette (ABC) and mainly act as a carrier to deliver bile salts from hepatic cells to capillaries. Its transcription and synthesis are regulated by farnesoid X receptor (FXR). Studies have confirmed that abnormal expression of BSEP can induce several cholestatic diseases including genetic hepatopathy and acquired hepatopathy. This paper will review the biological functions of FXR and BSEP, BSEP transcription regulated by FXR, and the correlation between abnormal BSEP and cholestatic diseases. |
