| 目的：探析卡托普利联合氨氯地平对冠心病并高血压患者的疗效及安全性。方法：随机选择2014年1月—2015年12月来我院就诊的80例冠心病并高血压患者,分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者给予尼群地平、硝酸异山梨酯联合双氢克尿噻进行治疗；观察组患者给予卡托普利联合氨氯地平进行治疗,统计并分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗前,两组患者的舒张压与收缩压均无显著差异性(P＞0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的舒张压与收缩压分别是(73.64±1.35mmHg、(129.90±3.10mmHg,对照组分别是(89.35±3.88mmHg、(140.98±4.83mmHg,存在明显差异性(P＜0.05)。观察组患者的冠心病治疗有效率是92.5%,对照组是75%,存在明显差异性(P＜0.05)。观察组患者的心电图改善率是87.5%,对照组是62.5%,存在明显差异性(P＜0.05)。结论：卡托普利联合氨氯地平对冠心病并高血压患者的疗效较为理想,且具备良好的安全性,能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,对保证患者的生命安全意义重大。 |

| Objective: Analysis the efficacy and safety of captopril united amlodipine treating coronary heart disease patients associated with hypertension. Methods: The study randomly selected 80 cases of coronary heart disease and hypertension in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, the control group treats with nitrendipine, isosorbide dinitrate united HCTZ; observation group treats with captopril unitedvamlodipine,clinical efficacy of two groups was statistics and analysed. Results: Before treatment, the two groups of patients in diastolic and systolic blood pressure showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). After treatment, patients observed diastolic and systolic blood pressure, respectively (73.64 ± 1.35)mmHg, (129.90 ± 3.10)mmHg, respectively, in the control group (89.35 ± 3.88)mmHg, (140.98 ± 4.83)mmHg, there are significant differences between (P <0.05). The observed efficiency of reatment in two groups is 92.5% of the observation group and 75% of the control group , there is a significant difference (P <0.05). ECG treatment effectiveness of two groups is 87.5% of the observation group and 62.5% of the control group, there is a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy and safety of captopril united amlodipine treating coronary heart disease patients associated with hypertension is perfect. The clinical symptoms of patients was effectively relieved. It has great significance in to ensure the safety of patients. |
