| 目的 探讨常规方法和联合中药治疗糖尿病足在溃疡面修复和临床疗效的差别。方法选取2008年5月至2015年5月收治的糖尿病足患者90例，依据随机数字表分为2组，常规治疗方法组（A组）和常规治疗结合中药治疗组（B组）。结果 83例患者完成随访，A组41例，B组42例，平均随访12.3个月，溃疡面愈合情况和踝肱指数测定显示，结合中药治疗组均优于常规治疗组（P<0.05）。结论本研究结果表明联合中药口服并外敷可明显改善糖尿病足患者的临床疗效。 |

| Objective To investigate the conventional method and combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers in the repair and clinical curative effect difference. Methods A total of 90 cases of diabetic foot patients treated in our hospital from May 2008 to May 2015, according to the random number table into two groups. Conventional treatment group (group A) and conventional treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (group B). Results 83 cases complete follow-up, 41 cases in group A, 42 cases in group B, patients were followed up for an average of 12.3 months, ulcer healing and ankle brachial index measuring and displaying, combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group were better than that of routine treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The study results show that combined with traditional Chinese medicine for oral and topical can significantly improve the clinical curative effect of diabetic foot patients. |
