| 目的：探讨机械通气联合不同剂量猪肺磷脂在新生儿肺透明膜病患儿中的临床治疗效果。方法：选取2014年1月～2015年9月我院诊治的80例新生儿肺透明膜病患儿资料进行分析,随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组在治疗基础上使用纽邦E360呼吸机支持通气及100mg/kg猪肺磷脂,实验组在治疗基础上使用鼻塞式持续正压通气治疗及200mg/kg猪肺磷脂,比较两组临床疗效。结果：实验组治疗总有效率为95%,满意率为95%,显著高于对照组的85%和65%(P<0.05)；两组患儿治疗前PaO2、PaCO2指标差异不显著(P>0.05)；实验组治疗后PaO2,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组治疗后PaCO2,显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：新生儿肺透明膜病患儿在鼻塞式持续正压通气治疗基础上联合200mg/kg猪肺磷脂效果理想,能够提高临床疗效,改善患儿动脉血气,值得推广应用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the mechanical ventilation combined with different doses of poractant clinical outcomes in patients with hyaline membrane in children. Methods: 80 cases of hyaline membrane disease in children in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2015, were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases of each group. the control group in treatment on the basis the use Newport E360 ventilator support ventilation and 100mg/kg poractant, the experimental group use in the treatment of nasal continuous positive airway pressure treatment on the basis of, and 200mg/kg poractant, compare the clinical effect of the two groups. Results: The experimental group total effective rate was 95%, treatment satisfaction rate was 95%, significantly higher than the control group 85% and 65%(P<0.05); two groups of children before treatment PaO2, PaCO2 index difference was not significant (P>0.05); the experimental group after treatment PaO2, was significantly higher the control group(P<0.05); the experimental group after treatment PaCO2, significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: hyaline membrane disease in children in the nasal continuous positive airway pressure treatment on the basis of joint 200mg/kg poractant desired effect, can improve the clinical efficacy and improve children arterial blood gases, worthy of promotion and application. |
