| 【】目的：分析及探讨对慢性酒精中毒性脑病痰热瘀阻型患者采用黄连温胆汤加减进行治疗的临床疗效。方法：收集我院2013年3月~2015年3月间接诊的患慢性酒精中毒性脑病中医证型为痰热瘀阻证的60例患者进行临床研究,按照患者的入院顺序,将所有患者随机分成对照组与研究组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用神经节苷脂注射液进行治疗,研究组患者则在对照组的治疗基础上加用黄连温胆汤加减进行治疗。两组患者均连续接受为期20d的治疗,观察及对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、智能及日常生活能力变化情况。结果：研究组患者治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组患者治疗后的MMSE和ADL评分均显著高于治疗前,其中又以研究组的差异更为显著(P＜0.05)。结论：对慢性酒精中毒性脑病痰热瘀阻证患者采用黄连温胆汤加减治疗疗效显著,且可有效改善患者的智能及日常生活能力,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective:STo analyze and probe into the clinical effects ofSchronic alcoholic encephalopathyStreated with Huanglian Wendan decoction.SMethods:S60Spatients with chronic alcoholic encephalopathySand who accepted treatments in our hospital fromSMarch, 2013 toSMarch, 2015Swere taken as the research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group according to the patient"s Hospital order, with 30Spatients in each group. In the control group, they were treated with theSMonosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium injectionSwhile in the study group, on the basis of theStreatment in the control group,Sthey were treated with theSHuanglian Wendan decoction. Then,Stwo groups of patients received a continuous 20d treatment,the clinical treatment effect,intelligence and ability of daily life of two groups of patients were observed and compared.SOutcome:SThe total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). In addition,the MMSE and ADL scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the difference in the study group was more significant (P < 0.05).SConclusion:SThe clinical effects of Huanglian Wendan decoction in treatment of chronic alcoholic encephalopathy are significant, which can effectively improve the patient"s intelligence and daily life ability,SthusSshould be promoted in the clinical application. |
