| 目的：通过观察针刺配合玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔注射、热敏灸配合玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔注射、单一玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效影响,探讨膝骨关节炎的最佳治疗方案。方法：将90例患者随机分为针刺加玻璃酸钠组(A组),热敏灸加玻璃酸钠组(B组),玻璃酸钠组(C组),每组30例。(1)A组：针刺治疗穴位,内膝眼、外膝眼、梁丘等,针后行TDP治疗仪照射,1次/d ；一周后再予玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔注射治疗,1次/周。(2)B组：实施热敏灸,时间15分钟,1次/d ；一周后再予玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔注射治疗,1次/周。(3).C组：玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射,1次/周。结果：(1).A、B、C三组的临床疗效总有效率分别为86.67%、83.33%和70%。A组与B组总有效率均明显高于C组(P<0.05). A组与B组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2).数字评价量表(NRS)评分值比较,A组与B组在缓解患者疼痛方面优于C组(P<0.05)。A组与B组在症状的改善程度方面没有明显优劣(P>0.05)。2个月后比较,A组与B组远期疗效与C组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。(3).膝关节功能积分评分数值比较,三组均有效的促进膝关节功能的恢复(P<0.05),但是前两组比较没有明显优劣(P>0.05)。结论：(1)针刺或热敏灸结合玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔注射治疗治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效优于单一玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔注射治疗。(2)针刺、热敏灸结合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的远期疗效优于单一 玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔注射治疗。 |

| Objective Through the clinical curative effect observation of acupuncture and injection of sodium hyaluronate injection，a single injection of sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee joint，to explore the best for osteoarthritis of the knee joint。Methods A total of 90 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture plus sodium hyaluronate group（group A） ，moxibustion plus sodium hyaluronate group（group B），sodium hyaluronate group（group C），each group of 30 cases. The treatment methods are as follows：1.groupA：Liangqiu，regular disinfection with TDP treatment instrument irradiation.A week later to the injection of sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection treatment ,2 .groupB：in heat -sensitive acupoints exploration in the selection of heart sensitive acupoints ，moxibustion for 15 minutes .A week later to the injection of sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection treatment.3 groupC：select the knee joint and knee eye acupuncture points，knee joint cavity injection. Result：1.The clinical total effective rates of group A、group B and group C are 86.67%、83.33% and 70%。Group A ，group B total effective rate was significantly higher than that of group C（P<0.05），the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05），group A and group B had no significant difference.2 .In the digital evaluation scale before and after treatment score numerical comparison ，can effectively relieve the pain .Group A，group B has a more advantage than group C in relieving the pain（P<0.05），but there is no obvious advantager in improving symptom between group A and group B.Two months later，group A and group B have long-time effects and certain degree（P<0.05）.3.Around the knee joint function integral treatment score numerical comparison ， three groups can effectively alleviate symptoms ，are beneficial to the recovery of function of knee joint（P<0.05）. Conclusion: Curative effect is better than that of single injection of sodium hyaluronate injection ,and as well as Long-term effect in the treatment。 |
