| 目的 建立蜂胶质量控制分析方法。 方法通过对蜂胶性状、干燥失重、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、氧化时间、乙醇浸出物含量测定、有毒有害物质检查,以及对蜂胶特征性的TLC鉴别,蜂胶总黄酮含量测定方法进行研究。 结果 参照中国药典2010年版一部,确定蜂胶各指标的标准限量；对蜂胶总黄酮含量测定方法进行方法学考察,并测定蜂胶中总黄酮的含量。结论 该方法是简便、可靠的,可以用于蜂胶的质量控制。 |

| Objective: To establish the method of quality control for propolis. Method:Studied properties, dry weight loss, total ash, acid insoluble ash, oxidation time, the content of ethanol extract, examination of toxic and harmful substances, TLC, determination of total flavonoids in propolis.Results: Referring to the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,confirm the limits of the indicators of propolis,and determine the content of total flavonoids in propolis. Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reproducible,and can be for the quality control of propolis . |
