| 目的 观察颈动脉支架成形术治疗症状性颈动脉狭窄的疗效。方法 收集2013年1月-2014年3月我院治疗的症状性颈动脉狭窄患者,其中60例给与颈动脉支架成形术治疗,59例采用内科保守治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果,记录手术并发症,术后一年随访比较复发情况。结果 观察组60例患者共置入63枚支架,手术成功率达100％。治疗后观察组病变狭窄率为(15.0±5.8)%明显低于对照组的(63.4±12.3)%(P＜0.05)；分别于治疗后的3、6及12个月对两组患者行NIHSS评分随访,观察组评分明显好于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗1年后随访,观察组复发率5.0%,病死率5.0%；对照组复发率达22.03%,病死率为18.6%,两组比较均有差异(P＜0.05)。结论 应用颈动脉狭窄支架成形术治疗症状性颈动脉狭窄,安全有效,复发少,并发症少,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To observe the curative effect of carotid stenting in the treatment of symptomatic carotid stenosis.Methods The patients with symptomatic carotid stenosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2014 were collected.60 cases were treated with carotid stenting,and 59 cases were treated with conservative treatment.The therapeutic effect of patients in the two groups was compared,and operative complications was recorded,and recurrence rate was compared in one year after operation.Results In the observation group,60 patients were implanted with 63 stents,and the success rate was 100%.The stenosis rate of the lesions in the observation group was(15.0±5.8)%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(63.4±12.3))%(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of two groups were followed up for 3,6 and 12months after treatment,the scores of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Followed up for 1 year after treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.0%,and mortality rate was 5.0%;in the control group the recurrence rate reached 22.03%,and mortality rate was 18.6%,there were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Carotid stenosis is a safe and effective treatment for symptomatic carotid stenosis,has fewer complications and less complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
