| 目的 研究“从肝论治”疗法对便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS-C)肝气郁滞证患者的临床疗效。方法 将60例患者随机分为2组,其中对照组30例患者给予乳果糖及枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗；从肝论治组(治疗组)30例患者在对照组治疗基础上给予中医“从肝论治”法治疗,两组患者疗程均为4周,疗程结束后随访6个月,比较两组治疗前后及随访后中医证候评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、疗效及症候复发率的差异。结果 两组患者治疗后及随访后的中医证候评分及HAMA积分均较治疗前显著改善(P＜0.01),其中治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.01, P＜0.05)。治疗组有效率优于对照组(86.7% vs 70.0%),随访后对照组症候复发率高于治疗组(56.7% vs 26.7%)。结论 “从肝论治”疗法可改善IBS-C肝郁气滞证患者的临床疗效及焦虑情况。 |

| s：Objective To study the clinical effect of shuxiang moxibustion and TCM emotional treatment on constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome patient with Chinese symptom of liver-qi depression. Methods 60 constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome patient were randomly divided into two groups, namely 30 of control group (treated by Iactulose and mosapride citrate tablets), 30 of treatment group (treated by Shuxiang moxibustion and given TCM emotional treatment base on the control group). A course of observation was 4-weeks’ treatment and 6-months’ follow-up period. TCM syndrome scale, symptom scale and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) were tested before and after the treatment, follow-up period. Results TCM syndrome scale and HAMA scale wereSdecreased remarkably after the treatment of two groups(P<0.01), while the treatment group was superior to control group in lowering TCM syndrome and HAMA scale (P<0.01, P＜0.05). Syptom recurrence rate of treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Shuxiang moxibustion and TCM emotional treatment has better effects to constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome patiant with Chinese symptom of liver QI depression. |
