| 目的：观察桃红四物汤合五味消毒饮加减联合头孢硫脒治疗下肢丹毒的临床疗效。方法：将入选的65例下肢丹毒患者随机数字表法分为治疗组33例和对照组32例,两组均给予头孢硫脒抗感染治疗,每次2.0g,每12h 1次,治疗组同时给予桃红四物汤合五味消毒饮加减内服,每日1剂,早晚分服。治疗后比较两组临床疗效及症状、体征和白细胞等指标恢复情况。结果：治疗组治愈率为96.97%,对照组治愈率为62.50%,治疗组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.01)；且治疗组皮肤红肿、疼痛、体温、白细胞计数恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：桃红四物汤合五味消毒饮加减联合抗生素治疗下肢丹毒具有临床疗效好,起效时间快等优点。 |

| Objectives：To observe the clinical curative effect of the Taohong Siwu Decoction and Wuwei Xiaodu decoction combined with cefathiamidine in treating lower limb erysipelas. Methods：65 cases of lower limb erysipelas were randomly were divided into two groups,treatment group 33 cases and control group of 32 cases. The two groups were given cefathiamidine anti infection treatment, 2.0g each time,12h1. The treatment group was given the Taohong Siwu Decoction and Wu wei Xiao du decoction orally, one dose a day, water flushes the clothing,morning and evning 1. The clinical effects and symptoms, signs, and white blood cells were compared between the two groups. Results：The cure rate was 96.97% in the treatment group, 62.50% in the control group, The cure rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01), Skin irritation, pain, body temperature, white blood cell count recovery time were shorter in the treatment group than in the control group, The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion：The Taohong Siwu Decoction and Wu wei Xiao du decoction combined with cefathiamidine in treating lower limb erysipelas are effectiv and have fast onset time,ect. |
