| 溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC或溃结)是基于基因易患,综合食物抗原、环境、肠道共生菌群交互作用,结肠黏膜免疫反应失调所致的一种炎症性肠病,因其病因不明、病情易于反复、缺乏有效治疗手段而备受重视。溃结相关癌变(ulcerative colitis associated carcinogenesis,UCAC)作为UC终末死亡原因之一,严重影响UC患者生命质量。中医学从“湿热瘀毒”理念出发,应用健脾清热活血方药干预UC以及UCAC文献报道较多,本文就近年来有关健脾清热活血方干预UC以及UCAC的基础与临床研究进行文献述评。 |

| The mechaism of ulcerative colitis is mainly based on the genes-predisposed and the interaction among the food antigen, environment and intestinal bacteria group. The disorder of colonic mucosal immune function can lead to the inflammation of colon. The IBD has received much attention because of the unknown etiology ,the repeated symptoms and the lack of effective treatments. As one of the UC patients terminal death causes, UCAC is seriously affected the life quality of UC patients. From the concept of "dampness produce heat and blood stasis produce toxin” in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), it is widely reported that the application of Jianpi Qingre Huoxue decoction in the treatment of UC and UCAC is effective. In this paper, we aim to review the literatures mainly about the foundation and clinical researches of Jianpi Qingre Huoxue decoction on treating the UC and UCAC in recent years. |
