| 目的:观察温补脾肾法联合康复新液灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效并其对炎症因子TNF-α、IL-8、IL-10的影响。方法:将60例UC患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组30例,对照组予口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶胶囊,治疗组在口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶胶囊基础上,加用温补脾肾法联合康复新液保留灌肠治,15天为1疗程,4个疗程后比较两组患者症状积分、肠镜下黏膜评分、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α的变化。 结果:治疗组有效率93.33%,对照组有效率66.67%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的肠镜下黏膜评分、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α较对照组有有显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论: 温补脾肾法联合康复新液灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切,能有效抑制UC相关的炎性反应。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney combined with Kangfuxin enema in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and its influences on Inflammatory cytokine TNF-α, IL-8 and IL-10.Methods: 60 cases of Ulcerative Colitis were randomized into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group; patients in the control group were given oral Sulfasalazine capsule, and treatment group were given oral Sulfasalazine and warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney combined with Kangfuxin enema at the same time.
