| 目的:对双柏散外敷治疗关节痛的临床效果及护理方法进行分析。方法：随机选取我院2013年12月－2014年12月实施治疗的78例关节痛患者,所有患者均采用双柏散外敷进行治疗,其中对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施全过程护理,对其临床治疗和护理满意度进行对比分析。结果：观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为94.9%,对照组为84.6%,差异显著(P＜0.05)；观察组患者的临床护理总满意度为97.4%,对照组则为79.5%,差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：在双柏散外敷治疗关节痛患者中,实施全过程护理,不但有助于对其临床治疗有效性进行提高,还可以提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广。 |

| Objective: the clinical curative effect and nursing methods by using Shuangbaisan for external therapy in the treatment of joint pain is analyzed. Method: Randomly selected 78 cases of joint pain patients from December 2012 to December 2013 was treating in our hospital, all patients were treated by Shuangbaisan for external therapy, the control group were given routine nursing care, and the observation group were given whole process of nursing care, to compare the clinical treatment and nursing satisfaction. Results: the clinical observation of the patents in the treatment group the total effective rate was 94.9%, and the control group was 84.6%,there were significant differences(P<0.05), in the observation group, the clinical nursing satisfaction was 97.4%, in the control group was 79.5%,there was significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: in shuangbaisan for external therapy of joint pain patients, the implementation of the whole process of nursing was not only improved the clinical treatment effectiveness, but also improved the patents’ satisfaction to nursing care, so it is worthy by promotion. |
