| 目的：探讨中医药方法治疗脑梗死后痰热内扰型失眠症临床疗效。方法：将2014年3月~2014年11月100例脑梗死后失眠症患者,随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予艾司唑仑治疗,观察组应用中药三黄安神汤治疗。观察本次治疗效果,随访观察两组病情复发率。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率98.0%,明显高于对照组的68.0%(P＜0.05)。观察组患者的复发率2.0%,显著低于对照组的24.0%(P＜0.05)。结论：中药三黄安神汤治疗脑梗死后痰热内扰型失眠症患者效果满意,可有效改善患者睡眠质量,治后不易复发,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of disturbance Insomnia after phlegm medicine method of treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods: 100 cases of insomnia patients after cerebral infarction from March 2014 to November 2014, were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases of each group. The control group received estazolam treatment, observation group received three Huang God decoction treatment. Treatment effects and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed and statistically analyzed. Results: The treatment total effective rate of observation group was 98.0%,significantly higher than the control group 68.0%(P<0.05). Recurrence rate of observation group was 2.0%,significantly lower than the control group 24.0% (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine decoction three Huang God scrambling type insomniacs effect phlegm satisfied with cerebral infarction, which can effectively improve the quality of sleep in patients with recurrence after treatment, worthy of clinical promotion. |
