| 目的：观察三联疗法对癔病性失声症的临床疗效。方法：将31例癔病性失声症患者,其中女29例,男2例,年龄17－59(35.32±2.49)岁,病程1－76(6.0±1.5)天,随机分为两组。治疗组21例采用暗示疗法、针刺廉泉穴及双侧合谷、内关、口服甘麦大枣汤合逍遥散加味治疗；对照组10例,给予暗示治疗后使用多虑平、谷维素口服。结果：治疗组21例全部治愈,总有效率100%,明显优于对照组的60%,(Ｐ<0.05)。结论：三联疗法是治疗癔病性失声症的有效方法。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of triple theraph in hysterical aphonia. Methods: 31 cases of hysterical aphonia were randomly divided into two groups.21cases in the treadment group were treated with suggestion short and acupuncture and ganmai dazao decoction combined with xiaoyaosan. 10cases in the control group were treated with suggestion short and western medicine.Results:The effective rate in the treadment group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 60% of the control group,(Ｐ<0.05).Conclusion:Triple therapy is an effective treadment in hysterical aphonia. |
