| 【】 目的：观察独活寄生汤配合玻璃酸钠对膝关节骨性关节炎关节镜术后患者膝关节功能的影响。方法：将70例膝关节骨性关节炎关节镜术后患者随机分为对照组(术后关节腔内灌注玻璃酸钠)和实验组(独活寄生汤配合关节腔内灌注玻璃酸钠)各35例,比较对照组和实验组在术后第2天、第5天、第7天的VAS 评分(视觉模拟评分法),术后第1周、第2周、第3周膝关节活动度(range of motion ,ROM)。结果：70例患者均获得随访,实验组术后疼痛在第5天、第7天和对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P ＜ 0．05),在第2天和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P ＞ 0．05)；实验组术后膝关节活动度在第1周、第2周、第3周与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0．05)。结论：独活寄生汤配合玻璃酸钠关节腔内灌注治疗在缓解膝关节骨性关节炎关节镜术后患者疼痛,改善膝关节功能方面疗效优于单纯玻璃酸钠关节腔内灌注治疗。 |

| 【】Objective: to observe the living by parasitic soup with sodium hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis knee joint function in patients with arthroscopic surgery. Methods: 70 cases of knee osteoarthritis with arthroscopy surgery were randomly divided into control group (postoperative joint cavity perfusion of sodium hyaluronate) and experimental group (live alone parasitic soup with articular cavity perfusion of sodium hyaluronate), 35 cases comparison control group and experimental group 2 days, 5 days after surgery, 7 days of VAS score (visual analogue scale method), postoperative week 1, 2, 3 weeks (range of motion, ROM) knee joint mobility. Results: all 70 patients were followed up, the experimental group postoperative pain in five days, 7 days and the control group to compare differences statistically significant (P < 0.05), in 2 days and the control group to compare differences had no statistical significance (P > 0.05); The experimental group in 1 week, 2 weeks after knee joint mobility, 3 weeks compared with the control group was statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: live with parasitic soup with sodium hyaluronate joint cavity perfusion therapy in reducing postoperative pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis arthroscope, improve the function of knee joint curative effect is superior to pure sodium hyaluronate joint cavity perfusion treatment. |
