| 目的：观察中西医结合治疗创伤性血气胸对患者血清C反应蛋白的影响，并对临床疗效进行评价。方法：选取2013年10月~2014年10月陕西中医药大学附属医院收治的40例单纯性创伤性血气胸患者作为观察组，进行中西医结合治疗，监测动态C反应蛋白（CRP），并选择前期患者进行对照，对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组的胸引管留置时间、住院时间均显著低于对照组，P＜0.05；观察组第3、5天血清CRP水平均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗创伤性血气胸可显著减少胸引管留置时间和住院时间，加快CRP水平的恢复，并提高临床治疗效果。 |

| Objective: To observe the effect on the reaction of C-Reactive protein in patients with traumatic hemopneumothorax treated by combined traditional chinese and western medicine, and to evaluate the clinical curative effect. Methods: From October 2013 to October 2014, 40 hospitalized patients of traumatic hemopneumothorax were treated as the observation group, treated by combined traditional chinese and western medicine, and monitored the dynamic C-Reactive protein (CRP). Early stage patients were selected as the control group, compared and analyzed the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results: The chest tube indwelling time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, P＜0.05; the serum CRP level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the third day and fifth day. Conclusion: The combined traditional chinese and western medicine can shorten the chest tube indwelling time and hospitalization time in the patients with traumatic hemopneumothorax, accelerate the recovery of CRP levels significantly, and improve the clinical effect. |
