| 自身免疫性肝炎是一种病因不明的肝脏慢性炎症,以高免疫球蛋白血症、循环自身抗体和组织学上有界面性肝炎及汇管区浆细胞浸润为特征。近年来,随着对自身免疫性肝炎的诊断和治疗的不断探讨,目前在典型病例的诊断上基本达成共识,治疗上西医主要采用免疫抑制剂和皮质激素治疗。中医、中西医结合治疗也是近年来比较热门的课题,且疗效可观。 |

| S :Autoimmune hepatitis is a kind of unknown etiology of chronic inflammation of the liver,which with high immune globulin hematic disease, circulating autoantibodies and histologically interface of hepatitis and portal area plasma cell infiltration.In recent years, the diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis whichShave beenSwidely acceptedSwith the discussion of diagnosis and treatments. The western medicine mainly adopts immune inhibitors and corticosteroids for autoimmune hepatitis.The Chinese medicine and combined Chinese and western medicine treatment which is popularSsubject for autoimmune hepatitis in recent years, and the curative effect is significant. |
