| 目的：观察温阳活血利水方对慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将60例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例,两组均应用慢性收缩性心力衰竭的标准治疗方案,治疗组在此基础上加服温阳活血利水方,观察时间为2周。比较两组治疗后症状体征、生活质量评分、NYHA心功能分级、左室射血分数、6分钟步行试验、血浆N-末端B型利钠肽前体的变化。结果：两组患者治疗前后症状体征量化积分、生活质量评分改善差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗后两组间比较,治疗组更优于对照组(P＜0.01)；NYHA心功能分级治疗组总有效率为66.7%,对照组总有效率为46.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组治疗前后左室射血分数、6分钟步行试验、血浆N-末端B型利钠肽前体的变化均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。治疗后两组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗期间两组均无不良反应发生。结论：温阳活血利水方治疗慢性心力衰竭安全有效。 |

| Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Decoction to the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods：60 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases for each group,Both groups used the standard treatment of chronic heart failure.Treatment group was treated with Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Decoction at the same time,Observation time is 2 weeks.The changes of signs and symptoms,quality of life(QOL) score,plasma N-terminal pro B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),the 6-minute walk test(6-MWT) and comprehensive efficacy were compared between two groups.Result：There were significant differences in scores of symptoms and scores of QOL between the two groups before and after treatment(P＜0.05).The scores of signs and symptoms,scores of QOL in two groups had significantiy improved after treatment(P＜0.05) .Comparison between two groups after treatment,The treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.01).The total effective rate of the NYHA heart function classification treatment group was 66.7%, and the control group was 46.7%,The treatment group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).LVEF,6-MWT and NT-proBNP of two groups had significantly improved after treatment(P＜0.01),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05)。There were no adverse events during treatment in two groups. Conclusion: Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Decoction is safe and effective to treat chronic heart failure patients. |
