| 目的 探讨切开复位内固定治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效。方法 对54例股骨远端骨折患者,采用切开复位钢板、交锁钉等内固定材料进行骨折复位、固定。结果 54例均获得随访,时间1～38个月,平均24.3个月。4例术后出现伤口感染,经清创及换药等处理后伤口愈合。5例骨折不愈合,钢板断裂,需再次行内固定及植骨术。其余均获得骨性愈合。骨折愈合时间为12～32周,平均15.8周。3例愈合后膝关节屈曲小于900,需行松解。按Merchan评分标准：优40例,良6例,可3例,差5例,优良率为85.19﹪。结论 切开复位、内固定治疗股骨远端骨折可以重建股骨远端的正常解剖结构,恢复膝关节功能,临床疗效满意。 |

| Objective To study the effect of internal fixation in treating femur distal fractures.Methods 54 cases of femur distal fractures were treated with steel plates, interlocking nail and other fixation materials.Results All patients were followed up for 1～38 months, 24.3 months on average. Bone healing time was for 12 to 32 weeks with an average of 15.8 weeks. Because of the range of flexion was less than 90。,3 cases of them needed to release. According to Merchan scoring criteria: excellent in 40 cases, good in 6 cases,and poor in 5 cases, and 85.19% of patients were scored as good or excellent.All patients achieved bony healing, with only 5 cases of them appeared plate fracture,nonunion and needed to re-inline fixation and bone grafting.4 cases of them appeared postoperative wound infection, and all of them got satisfactory recovery after treatment. Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation for femur distal fractures can reconstruct the normal structure of the knee, restore the function of the knee, the clinical efficacy is satisfactory. |
