| 补阳还五汤最初是由王清任创立用于治疗中风半身不遂及痿痹病证的方剂,目前已经广泛应用于临床,并且临床疗效显著,是临床常用方剂之一。补阳还五汤病机主要以气虚血瘀为主,气虚推动无力,血液运行不畅所致,凡中医辩证论治为气虚血瘀证者皆可酌情运用。本论文通过选取几则临床病案治疗经过,旨在说明补阳还五汤对临床诊治的重要指导意义,为进一步研究补阳还五汤提供临床依据。 |

| Bu yang Huan wu Decoction initially founded by Wang Qingren was used for prescription in treating stroke hemiplegia and paralysis syndrome. At present, it has been widely used in clinical, and clinical curative effect is obvious. at the same time,it is one of the clinical commonly used prescriptions. Bu yang Huan wu Decoction pathogenesis mainly with Qi deficiency and blood stasis, Qi deficiency push blood circulation weakly, dealing to blood stasis. Bu yang Huan wu Decoction can treat those diseases, in Chinese dialectical treatment whose pathogenesis belong to qi deficiency and blood stasis .This paper selects few clinical medical records, so as to illustrate the important guiding significance of the Buyang Huan Wu Decoction on clinical diagnosis and treatment , for further study of Bu yang Huan wu Decoction provide clinical basis. |
