| 目的：观察温针灸联合非那雄胺片治疗老年良性前列腺增生症患者的临床疗效。方法：将90例患者随机分成三组：温针灸组（关元穴、三阴交、阴陵泉针灸）、非那雄胺组（非那雄胺片5 mg/d）以及温针灸联合非那雄胺片治疗组（联合治疗组），观察周期为3个月。评价三组患者治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、最大尿流率（Qmax）、膀胱残余尿量（PRV）和前列腺体积（PV），并用SPSS17.0进行组内和组间比较的统计学处理。结果：与治疗前相比，三组患者经治疗后IPSS评分和PRV降低，Qmax升高（P＜0.05）；非那雄胺组和联合治疗组患者的PV均较治疗前降低（P＜0.05）。联合治疗组患者经治疗后，分别与温针灸组和非那雄胺组相比，IPSS评分和PRV、PV降低程度以及Qmax升高程度更为明显（P＜0.05）。与温针灸组比较，非那雄胺组患者PV降低程度更为明显（P＜0.05）。结论：应用温针灸联合非那雄胺片能明显改善老年良性前列腺增生症的临床症状，疗效安全有效，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical safety and efficacy of needle warming moxibustion combine with Proscar in the treatment of old benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods: 90 Patients with BPH were randomly assigned into 3 groups: needle warming moxibustion group, proscar (5mg/d) group, and combination therapy (needle warming moxibustion, and proscar 5mg/d) group. After 3 mouths, the international prostate symptom score (IPSS), the maximal urinary flow rate (Qmax), postvoid residual volume (PRV), prostate volume (PV) were analyzed with SPSS17.0 in the 3 groups. Results: (1)The differences of proscar group and combination therapy group patients in IPSS, Qmax, PRV and PV before and after the treatment were statistically significant (P＜0.05), and except for PV, needle warming moxibustion group patients were the same to other groups. (2) Compare with needle warming moxibustion group and proscar group, the IPSS, Qmax, PRV and PV of the combination therapy group patients were significant improvement (P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of proscar and needle warming moxibustion is obviously effective to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with BPH, which is safety and effective, and should be clinically popularized. |
