| 目的：探讨维生素E联合黄芪注射液对维持性血液透析患者氧化应激状态的干预效果以及使用安全性。方法：将75例维持性血液透析治疗患者分为维生素E治疗组（A组）、维生素E联合黄芪注射液治疗组（B组）和常规血液透析治疗组（C组）各25例，观察各组患者治疗前后过氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、血清丙二醛（MDA）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-Px）、循环晚期氧化蛋白产物（AOPP）的变化及白蛋白（Alb）、血红蛋白（Hb）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）的水平。结果：A组与B组治疗后SOD、MDA、GSH-Px、AOPP较治疗前均有显著改善（P＜0.05）；治疗后，A组与B组血清MDA、AOPP水平较C组低（P＜0.05），A组与B组血清SOD、GSH-Px水平较C组高（P＜0.05），并且B组各应激指标的改善程度较A组更为显著（P＜0.05）。在治疗期间，无血栓、出血等并发症的发生。结论：维生素E联合黄芪注射液可以显著改善维持性血液透析患者氧化应激状态，并且短期应用无副作用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effect of vitamin E combined with Astragalus injection in the intervention of oxidative stress in patients with maintenance hemodialysis and its safety. Methods: 75 Patients with maintenance hemodialysis were divided into vitamin E treatment group (group A), vitamin E combined with astragalus injection treatment group (group B) and regular hemodialysis treatment group (group C), each group with 25 patients. Before and after the treatment, observed the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), advanced oxidation protein products (AOPP), and the levels of albumin (Alb), hemoglobin (Hb), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL) between the groups. Results: After the treatment, SOD, MDA, GSH-Px and AOPP of group A and group B were improved significantly (P<0.05); while the levels of serum MDA and AOPP in group A and group B were lower than that of group C (P<0.05), and the levels of serum SOD, GSH-Px of group A and group B were higher than that of group C (P<0.05); in addition, the all stress indexes of group B improved more significantly than group A (P< 0.05); and during the treatment, no complications such as thrombosis, hemorrhage happened. Conclusion: Vitamin E combined with astragalus injection can significantly improve the oxidative stress state in patients with maintenance hemodialysis, and no complications happened during the short-term therapy. |
