      目的:通过与种植法建模对比,探讨逆流法建立大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型的可行性及建模成功率。方法:研究分逆流组、种植组、空白组,分别进行手术,术后8周观察组织形态变化并采静脉血检测EMAb、CA125,判定成模情况。结果:逆流组成模率为70%,种植组成模率90%。结论:逆流法建模成功,但成模率较种植法稍低。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To discuss the feasibility and success rate of establishing the rat endometriosis model by comparing reflux method with planting method. Method: Lab rats were divided randomly into three groups: reflux group, planting group and control group. Each group were given surgery respectively and tissue morphological variations and EMAb and CA125 in venous blood were observed and tested 8 weeks afterward to compare the conditions of each group. Results: The success rate of reflux model was 70%, and the rate of planting model was 90%. Conclusion: Modeling with reflux method can achieve high success rate but the rate is lower than modeling with planting method.
