| 【】目的 观察多胞胎剖宫产术后出血采取护理方法进行干预的临床效果。方法 选取本院2012年1月-2014年12月行多胞胎剖宫产术的产妇100例作为研究对象,按住院号尾数分组,单数为干预组,双数为对照组,每组各50例,产妇均无妊娠和并症及其它疾病,产妇的孕周35-40周,年龄18-42岁,产妇的孕周,年龄均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。,对照组采取产科剖宫产术后常规护理方法,干预组在常规护理的基础上采取护理干预方法,对比分析两组产妇发生术后出血率及术后2小时、24小时出血量。结果 干预组产妇术后出血率,术后2小时、24小时出血量均明显低于对照组p<0.05。结论 对多胞胎剖宫产术后出血采取护理干预方法,可减少多胞胎剖宫产术后出血率及2小时、24小时出血量,有益产妇产后恢复及母乳喂养,是有效的临床护理干预。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention for the hemorrhage after cesarean section in multiple cell fetuses.. Methods in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014, multiple births Caesarean caesarean women 100 cases as the research object, according to the length of packet number mantissa, words in the singular as intervention group, dual for the control group, each 50 cases in each. The parturients without pregnancy and disease and other diseases, maternal gestational age of 35 40 weeks, 18-42 years of age, maternal gestational weeks, ages are no statistical difference (P > 0.05). And control group taking obstetric cesarean section postoperative routine nursing, intervention group on the basis of routine nursing care to take nursing intervention methods, comparative analysis of two groups of puerperas with bleeding rate and postoperative 2 hours and 24 hours, the amount of bleeding. Results the bleeding rate of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 2 hours and 24 hours after operation, and the amount of bleeding in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group p<0.05. Conclusion of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of multiple births take nursing intervention methods, can reduce the multiple births cesarean section bleeding after rate and 2 hours and 24 hours, the amount of bleeding, beneficial maternal postpartum recovery and breastfeeding and effective clinical nursing intervention. |
