| 目的：分析和探讨岭南飞针手法单刺合谷穴对疟疾的治疗效果,旨在论证其临床治疗价值。方法：以168例疟疾患者作为研究对象,以随机方式进行分为药疗组与飞针组。两组患者均使用氯喹、奎宁、青蒿素等抗疟疾药物进行治疗,其中飞针组在药物治疗基础上根据岭南飞针取穴特点结合单刺合谷穴进行治疗,七天为一疗程。对比两组患者治疗好转时间以及综合治疗效果。结果：完成周期疗程治疗后,常规组患者与飞针组患者治疗总有效率分别为88.1%、94.0%,两组患者临床观察指标对比差异性显著,具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组患者的综合疗效更优。结论：岭南飞针手法单刺合谷治疗疟疾能明显改善患者的临床疾病体征,临床应用价值突出。 |

| Objective：To analyze and explore the effect of lingnan flying acupuncture technique prick hegu to treat malaria,to demonstrate its clinical value．Methods：168 cases of malaria patients as the research object,they were randomly divided into medication group and flying acupuncture group．Two groups of patients were using chloroquine and quinine, artemisinin and other anti-malarial drugs for treatment,flying acupuncture group on the basis of drug therapy based on the characteristics of lingnan fly needle combined with prick hegu,seven days in a course of treatment．Compared with two groups of patients with turnaround time as well as the effect of comprehensive treatment．Results：After the complete cycle of treatment,the conventional group of patients and fly acupuncture group patients total effective rate were 88.1% and 94.0%,two groups of patients with clinical observation index contrast difference significantly,with statistical significance(P＜0.05),the comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group patients better．Conclusion：Lingnan flying acupuncture technique probe hegu treat malaria can obviously improve the patient"s clinical effect． |
