| 目的：探讨采用化浊解毒法治疗超重合并糖耐量减低患者（湿浊内蕴证）的疗效。方法：80例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，两组均接受非药物糖尿病基础治疗。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍片，治疗组给予中药汤剂口服，采用化浊解毒法为主，疗程均为90 d。检测两组空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 hPG）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、空腹血清胰岛素（FINS）、体重指数（BMI）等指标，并进行统计学比较。结果：治疗组与对照组治疗后FPG、2 hPG、FINS均有显著下降（P＜0.05），治疗后组间比较无差异。治疗组TG、LDL治疗后有下降（P＜0.05），对照组中TG无明显改变，LDL治疗后有下降（P＜0.05），治疗后TG、LDL两组组间比较有差异（P＜0.05）。BMI指数两组治疗前后均无明显差异。结论：以化浊解毒法为主的中药汤剂与盐酸二甲双胍均有降低血糖、减少胰岛素抵抗的作用，化浊解毒法有更好的降低血脂作用。 |

| Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of resoving turbidity and toxin in the treatment of overweight combined with IGT (impaired glucose tolerance) patients. Methods: 80 patients were enrolled in a randomized study and divided into control group and treatment group, both of which received non-drug treatments. The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets, and the treatment group was treated with the traditional chinese medicine of resoving turbidity and toxin. Ninety days after treatment, the fasting plasma glucose, 2 h plasma glucose, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, fasting insulin and body mass index were measured and compared. Results: After treatment, the level of fasting plasma glucose, 2 h plasma glucose, fasting insulin of two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05). These after treatment of two groups, the difference were not statistically significant comparative. The level of triglyceride and low density lipoprotein had significant decreased after treatment in the treatment group. In the control group, the level of low density lipoprotein had significant decreased after treatment (P＜0.05), but there was no change of triglyceride. The level of triglyceride and low density lipoprotein after treatment of two groups, the difference were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Body mass index had no significant difference before and after treatment. Conclusions: Both treatment methods in lowering blood glucose and decreasing the insulin resistance are effective, the therapy of resoving turbidity and toxin has more effective in decreasing the level of blood lipid. |
