| 目的：评价育肾养血抑瘤方结合GnRH-a对早期乳腺癌妇女化疗后卵巢功能保护的临床疗效。方法：选择2012年1月~2014年6月我院乳腺外科就诊的Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期乳腺癌妇女90例，随机分为三组，每组30例。A组为对照组。B组为西药治疗组，在开始化疗前7~10 d皮下注射0.1 mg醋酸曲普瑞林注射液，隔日注射1次，连续3次，后每周1次，直至化疗结束。C组为中西医结合治疗组，在B组治疗基础上，在开始化疗的同时进行中药（育肾养血抑瘤方）的介入治疗。结果：三组化疗后引起的月经变化有明显差异性（P＜0.05）。C组化疗后出现闭经时间长于A组和B组（P＜0.01）。C组的月经恢复时间短于A组和B组（P＜0.05）。三组化疗后引起的更年期症状有明显相关性（P＜0.05）。结论：育肾养血抑瘤方结合GnRH-a对早期乳腺癌妇女化疗后卵巢功能进行了保护，可延长化疗引起闭经的出现时间，最快地恢复化疗引起的闭经，同时提高药物使用的安全性。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Yushenyangxueyiliu decoction combined with GnRH-a for ovarian function protection for women with early stage breast cancer after chemotherapy. Methods: 90 Patients with early stage breast cancer from January 2012 to June 2014 were randomly divided into 3 groups in our hospital, 30 cases in each group. Group A was the control group. Group B was treated by the western medicine GnRH-a. Group C was treated by traditional chinese and western medicine. Results: Menstruation changes in three groups had significant difference (P＜0.05). The amenorrhea time induced by chemotherapy in group C was longer than those of group A and group B (P＜0.01). The menstrual recovery time in group C was shorter than those of group A and group B (P＜0.05). There were significant correlations between three groups in the symptoms of menopause caused by chemotherapy (P＜0.05). Conclusions：Yushenyangxueyiliu decoction combined with GnRH-a can protect ovarian function in women with early stage breast cancer after chemotherapy, prolong the amenorrhea occurrence time induced by chemotherapy, the fastest recovery of chemotherapy induced amenorrhea, and improve the safety of drug use. |
