| 目的：观察自拟方固冲调经胶囊治疗崩漏病的临床疗效。方法：将76例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组41例，对照组35例，治疗组口服固冲调经胶囊，对照组口服乌鸡白凤丸。疗程结束后按要求追访并统计疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率95.12％，明显高于对照组，平均有效时间优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义，P＜0.05。固冲调经胶囊对中医辨证属血热内扰、气不摄血及肾阴亏虚三型治疗效果优于对照组，P＜0.05；对肾阳亏虚及瘀滞胞宫二型治疗效果与对照组比较，无明显差异，P＞0.05。结论：固冲调经胶囊对崩漏病具有明显疗效。 |

| Objective: To observe and study clinical effects of self-developed Guchongtiaojing capsule in the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis. Methods: 76 Participated patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (41 participants) and the control group (35 participants). The treatment group were given Guchongtiaojing capsules, while the control group were given Wujibaifeng pills. After the treatment, interviewed the patients and compared the clinical effect according to the requirements. Results: The total efficiency of the treatment group was 95.12%, significantly higher than the control group, and the average effective time was more than the control group; all the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). According to traditional chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, the positive clinical effects of the treatment group on the Blood internal disturbance, Qi failing to control blood and Kidney yin deficiency were much more enhanced than that of the control group (P<0.05), otherwise, in the treatment of Kidney yang deficiency and Blood stasis of uterus, there were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Guchongtiaojing capsule has obvious curative effect on the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis. |
