| 目的：建立消痛灵中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱：C18（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 ?滋m）（大连依利特）；流动相：甲醇-0.01%磷酸溶液（三乙胺调pH=6.0，34∶66）；柱温：25 ℃；检测波长：280 nm；流速：1.0 mL/min。结果：本实验研究最终建立了消痛灵中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。结论：高效液相色谱法简单、准确、重现性好，可做为消痛灵质量控制方法之一。 |

| Objective: To establish the method for the determination tetrahydropalmatine in Xiaotongling. Method: Used high performance liquid chromatography, a Dalian Yilite C18 column (Hypersil ODS2, 4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used, the methol-0.01% phosphoric acid solution (adjusted to pH 6.0 with triethylamine, 34:66) as mobile phase, the column temperature was at 25 ℃, the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm, the flow rate was 1 mL/min. Results: The research finally established a method for determination the content of tetrahydropalmatine in Xiaotongling. Conclusions: This method is convenient, accurate and reproducible for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Xiaotongling. |
