| 目的：观察中医护理干预对肾病综合征患者协同增效及心理状态的影响。方法：将100例肾病综合征患者分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组用常规护理及护肾、利尿等对症支持疗法。观察组除常规护理及治疗外，根据肾病综合征患者不同分型给予相应的辨证施护。结果：观察组总有效率88.0%，对照组总有效率74.0%，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中医护理干预对肾病综合征的治疗有协同增效作用，而且可以改善患者不良的心理状态。 |

| Objective: To observe the influence of traditional chinese medicine nursing intervention on the synergistic effect and psychological state of nephrotic syndrome patients. Methods: 100 Patients with nephrotic syndrome were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group, the control group was treated with routine nursing and other symptomatic support therapy, the observation group was treated with routine nursing and corresponding dialectical nursing. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 88.0%, while the control group was 74.0%, the difference of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM nursing intervention for treatment of nephrotic syndrome has a synergistic effect, and can improve the adverse psychological state of patients. |
