| 目的：探讨采用中西医结合的方法治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法：随机收集我院2010年11月~2013年11月慢性咽炎（肺肾阴虚型）患者200例，采用随机分组的方式分为治疗组和对照组各100例。对照组采用庆大霉素、地塞米松和?琢-糜蛋白酶雾化治疗；治疗组在此基础上，给予中药治疗。观察比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率91.0%，对照组总有效率71.0%，治疗组的痊愈率及总有效率均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性咽炎是一种有效、安全的临床治疗方法，值得推广。 |

| Objective: To observe clinical effect of integrated TCM and WM treatment for chronic pharyngitis. Methods: From Nov. 2010 to Nov. 2013, 200 patients (Yin-deficiency in lung and kidney) with chronic pharyngitis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, each consisting of 100 patients. Patients in the control group were applied to aerosol treatment with gentamicin, dexamethasone and Alpha chymotrypsin. The treatment group was applied to the same aerosol treatment combined with traditional chinese medicine. The clinical effects of patients in both groups were observed and compared. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group stood 91.0%, while that of the control group was 71.0%. The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were both higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrated TCM and WM treatment for chronic pharyngitis is safe and effective, and should be promoted and popularized in clinical use. |
