| 目的：对中医清胰通腑泄热消胀特色疗法结合西医治疗重症胰腺炎的临床效果进行观察并分析。方法：将32例重症急性胰腺炎患者分为治疗组和对照组各16例，对照组单纯采用西医常规治疗，治疗组除采用常规西医治疗外加用中医特色疗法。结果：治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组，具有显著性差异，P＜0.05；治疗组症状消退时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、禁食时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组，手术率及死亡率也明显低于对照组，两组比较有显著性差异，P＜0.05。结论：中医清胰通腑泄热消胀特色疗法结合西医治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床效果满意，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effect of the combination of special traditional chinese and western medical treatment on acute pancreatitis. Method: 32 Patients with severe acute pancreatitis were divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, each group consisting of 16 patients. Patients in observation group were applied western medical combined with special traditional chinese medical treatment; patients in control group were applied western medical treatment only. Results：There were obvious differences in clinical effect between the two groups(P＜0.05). Compared with control group, symptoms of patients in observation group subsided more quickly, and their recovery of serum amylase, resuming of taking food and the period of hospitalization were all shorter than those of control group. Moreover, lower rates of repeated operation and death were also witnessed in observation group. Conclusion: Traditional chinese medical treatment of Qingyi Tongfu Xiere Xiaozhang combined with western medical treatment for severe acute pancreatitis has better clinical effect and is worth being widely applied in clinical use. |
