| 目的：探讨针罐配合自拟祛风通络汤治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法：将158例周围性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组（51例）、对照1组（53例）和对照2组（54例）。治疗组采用针罐配合祛风通洛汤治疗，对照1组采用针罐疗法，对照2组采用口服强的松、利巴韦林、弥可保进行治疗。结果：治疗组痊愈率84.3%，优于对照1组的71.7%和对照2组的57.4%；治疗组总有效率98.0%，优于对照1组的86.8%和对照2组的70.4%。结论：针罐配合自拟祛风通络汤治疗周围性面瘫疗效确切、疗程短、见效快。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and cupping combined with Qufengtongluo decoction in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods: 158 Cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group (51 cases), control group A (53 cases) and control group B (54 cases). The treatment group were treated with acupuncture and cupping combined with Qufengtongluo decoction, the control group A with acupuncture and cupping therapy, and the control group B with oral prednisone, ribavirin, and methycobal. Results: The cure rate of the treatment group was 81.3%, which was higher than that of the control group A (71.7%) and the control group B (57.4%); the total effective rate of the treatment group reached 98%, which was higher than that of the control group A (86.8%) and the control group B (70.4%). Conclusion: Acupuncture and cupping combined with Qufengtongluo decoction in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis has better curative effect than the other two methods as it features shorter treatment course, quicker healing effect and higher cure rates. |
