| 目的：观察依达拉奉联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：选择发病72 h内急性脑梗死患者90例，随机分为A、B、C三组，每组30例。C组予常规治疗加用依达拉奉静滴；B组予常规治疗加用前列地尔静滴；A组予常规治疗加用依达拉奉和前列地尔静滴。14 d为1个疗程。三组治疗前后都予NDS及BI评分。结果：三组病例NDS、BI评分都有不同程度改善，其中A组改善程度较B组、C组好（P＜0.05）。从疗效来看，三组治疗效果有明显差别，A组治疗效果最好（P＜0.05）。结论：依达拉奉联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死效果好，而两者早期合用比单用前列地尔或依达拉奉治疗效果更好。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of PGE1 combining Edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 90 Patients with acute cerebral infarction occurred within the first 72 hours from onset were selected and randomly divided into three groups, group A, B, and C. Edaravone intravenous infusion combining traditional treatment was applied to group C; PGE1 intravenous infusion combining conventional treatment was applied to group B; PGE1 intravenous infusion and Edaravone combining traditional treatment were applied to group A. One course of treatment lasts 14 days. All clinical data of the 3 groups were observed and recorded using NDS and BI scoring system before and after the treatment. Results: According to NDS and BI, patients in all three groups showed clinical improvements. Patients in group A showed a better clinical improvement than patients in group B and group C did (P＜0.05). There was noticeable difference among the 3 groups in terms of clinical efficacy with group A showing best clinical improvement (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Both Edaravone and PGE1 have clinical effect on acute ischemic stroke, when treating patients with acute cerebral infarction at early state, the combination of the two can achieve better clinical efficacy than using each alone. |
