目的：研究孕晚期口服中药联合产后舌下含服卡孕栓防治乙肝病毒携带者产后出血的临床分析。方法：选择2010年1月~2013年6月萍乡市湘东区人民医院产科住院分娩的206例乙肝病毒携带的产妇，分为两组，研究组120例产妇，孕36周时予口服芪根杜仲散，服用至临产前，胎儿娩出后立即舌下含服卡孕栓；对照组86例产妇，孕期不用药物，胎儿娩出后立即舌下含服卡孕栓进行对比。结果：分娩后2 h内阴道流血量，研究组与对照组比较有统计学意义（P<0.01）；第二产程时间及产褥期阴道血性恶露时间，研究组与对照组无明显差异；研究组中药治疗前后、对照组凝血功能比较无明显差异，研究组无1例发生产后出血。结论：中西医结合防治乙肝病毒携带者产后出血有良好的应用价值。

英文摘要:

Objective: To study clinical analysis of combined treatment of oral traditional chinese medicine and carboprost for postpartum hemorrhage in HBV carriers during late pregnancy. Method: 206 HBV-carrying puerperas who had delivery in People's Hospital of Xiangdong District from January 2010 to June 2013 were divided into two groups, the observation group (120 puerperas ) and the control group (86 puerperas). When they were 36 weeks pregnant, puerperas in the observation group had been given Qigenduzhong powder until delivery time and sublingual methyl carprost was administered immediately after the delivery. By comparison, Puerperas in the control group did not take any medicine during pregnancy and methyl carprost was applied to them the same way after the delivery. Result: Vaginal bleeding amounts of puerperas in both groups were recorded and compared within 2 hours after delivery and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.001). There was no noticeable difference between the two groups in terms of the duration of the second stage of labor and postpartum vaginal lochia. No case of postpartum hemorrhage was witnessed in observation group. Conclusion: Integrated chinese and western medicine treatment for postpartum hemorrhage prevention in HBV carriers is very effective.
